Standard occupancy is two people per apartment. In making the reservation, the total number in your group must be identified.
The following charges are applied for an additional person.
If charges for additional persons that are not calculated automatically in the total cost, then these need to be paid in cash, on arrival.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights except for the following period:
Prior to any booking, please check availability or contact us during office hours (09.00-18.00).
You will receive confirmation of your reservation.
Please check details of your reservation are correct:
Changes to your reservation dates can be made if possible.
This may incur extra charges.
Please note, with more than two weeks' notice before check-in date, the price will be recalculated.
If you change with less than two weeks before check-in date, we will not refund the difference in reduction in the cost.
Note that in some apartments, an additional person cannot be accommodated.
You will be contacted after your reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit will be collected any time after 24 hours on your credit card.
You will receive written confirmation once the deposit has been cleared in our bank.
The full balance of 50% is payable on arrival.
Check in: 15:00 - 24:00
If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us.
Late arrival charge: If you arrive later than midnight, there is a late arrival charge of €25.
No admittance after 1:00 am.
Check out by 11:00 am (if your flight is later, you can leave your luggage in Reception).
If you invite guests during your stay, please inform the management.
Friends of the guests not resident in Tavira Vacations Apartments will be charged €10 per day per person for use of the pool facility.
Please note during July and August no extra guests are permitted.
